FER X

Provides incentives for the more mature and competitive renewable sources (onshore wind and photovoltaics).

By May 24, the Energy Department aims to initiate the pre-notification phase in Brussels.

FER X-2 and storage

A draft decree is planned for September 24 to support mature decentralized technologies (wind, solar, hydro).

The proposed decree on centralized electrical storage requirements (batteries, pumping) is due by November 24.

National Energy Income Fund

By March 24, the decree will provide for the free installation of PV plants for low-income families.

PNIEC

Updates to the National Integrated Plan on Energy and Climate (PNIEC) are planned in April 24.

Guidelines

In April 24, in anticipation of the end of the regulated market, a convention framework will be established between the MASE and the single buyer to launch and manage the information campaign aimed at domestic consumers.

By December 24, the draft decree with auctions will be prepared to incentivize thermal renewable sources.
