Altea Green Power's vision merges development and sustainability into a single goal
We recognize that our growth is inseparable from the adoption of solutions that contribute to societal well-being and improve the economic and environmental conditions of the areas in which we operate. For this reason, Altea has begun to develop new lines of business alongside traditional renewable energies such as photovoltaics and wind power. This includes diversification into the BESS plant sector, which serves the needs of the national power grid.
We believe that truly sustainable development is based on attention to people and the environment, sharing resources and skills, and always experimenting with innovative solutions.
Relations with the territory
Altea Green Power intends to develop its commercial, research, industrial and/or experimental development activities in a context of collaboration and development of synergies with companies, universities, public and private research organizations in the area. Collaborating with organizations that are innovative, working to share technologies, knowledge and research specifically in the energy field. In particular, the process of selecting Altea Green Power junior employees involves the involvement of local training bodies, universities and local high schools.
Collaboration project with the non-profit association “La Band degli Orsi”
In 2022 a collaboration project was launched with the non-profit association "La Band degli Orsi", which is awaiting the necessary bureaucratic authorizations in 2023. The project provides hospitality to families with children admitted to the Gaslini hospital in Genoa, Italy. Altea Green Power will provide the free installation of a photovoltaic system which will significantly reduce energy costs.
A sustainability path that starts with innovation
For us, at Altea Green Power, innovation is the fulcrum around which ideas, projects, products and processes revolve. Starting with this concept, we have developed an ESG sustainability path, aimed at the growth of the company and the area around us, summarized in I4Quality, I4Process, I4Environment, I4Solution.
Altea Green Power's commitments to environmental and social issues
Based on the materiality analysis, sustainability is identified as a priority for us and greatly influences our ability to generate and share value. Our commitments can be traced to five macro areas in which we recognize the desire to provide only positive effects.

Since its foundation, AGP has been conducting Research and Development projects.
Although most of the technologies used in renewable source plants are by now consolidated, AGP is developing innovative solutions in the accumulation system and, in relation to energy efficiency, processes and software for the management of orders also filed with SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers).

Important and ambitious objectives for Altea Green Power which, through the drafting of the Sustainability Report, reports, in total transparency, its choices, activities, results and commitment of the different resources to inform stakeholders of the details of the company, allowing one to formulate one’s own opinion on how the organization interprets its mission, a mission which, for Altea Green Power, translates concretely into the valorization and use of natural resources, such as the sun and the wind, inexhaustible sources of energy that will allow future generations to live in a better world.
