The Internal Dealing procedure defines the rules for the fulfillment- by relevant parties and persons closely related to them, as well as by the Altea Group,-and of the obligations to inform the Company, Consob and the market about significant transactions carried out by aforesaid subjects, and through nominees, concerning the financial instruments issued by Altea Green Power.
