Altea Green Power

Altea Green Power (AGP) is a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange Euronext Milan – STAR segment, with operational headquarters in Rivoli (To), which was founded in 2008 with the aim of supplying and managing renewable energy plants with maximum efficiency and a guarantee to operate in full respect of the enviroment.
Leveraging its expertise for companies, funds, and investors, it develops and builds industrial-scale rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic plants, wind power plants, and storage systems. It also offers consulting services aimed at improving the efficiency of existing renewable energy plants, specifically conducting energy diagnostics of sites and plants.
 
As an Independent Power Producer (IPP) exclusively from renewable sources, AGP is involved in the design and construction of its own photovoltaic plants in Italy.

Creating an investment vehicle, in collaboration with major industry players, designed to consolidate Co-Development activities through partnerships with local professionals and large infrastructure funds, with the goal of building and holding large renewable energy plants in the portfolio - photovoltaic, agrivoltaic, and wind.

Storage

Providing a strong boost to the Storage sector. Our goal: to expand Altea Green Power's value chain with projects that are already in an advanced stage of authorization, to benefit potential clients and investors interested in participating in incentive auctions to be held in the coming years.

International expansion

Expanding business volume on international markets, particularly in North America, through established partnerships with local developers acknowledged for their exceptional level of professionalism.

EPC

Increasing EPC - Engineering, Procurement and Construction - business in medium and large-scale plants. Active in the design and implementation of renewable energy plants and energy storage systems, we manage all phases of the process and provide "turnkey solutions”.

Energy efficiency

Offering consulting services to medium and large companies aimed at improving the efficiency of existing renewable energy plants, particularly by conducting energy diagnostics of sites and plants to help reduce energy consumption and climate impact.

The history of Altea Green Power

Altea Green Power specializes in the development and co-development of renewable energy systems – photovoltaic, wind, and storage. We design and construct large photovoltaic systems, on the roof and on the ground, and create tailor-made solutions for energy efficiency.
With many years of experience acquired in the photovoltaic, wind and storage fields, we operate in Italy and abroad, supporting our customers and market partners in all phases of the project and taking care of every detail from the construction to the start-up of the renewable plants.
Altea Green Power is developing a pipeline of approximately 7 GW on its own and on behalf of some of the major global players located in Italy and in the USA.
Altea Green Power as co-developer and system integrator -in order to transfer the investment vehicle to the investor(customer)- focuses on large sites and creates functional high-power plants. The company’s clients are normally of affluent international standing with diversified development portfolios in various parts of the world.
The development pipeline is fed through a dense network of collaborators (developers, professionals, partners) who relate to the local area and who work directly with the Altea Green Power staff according to the nature of the project.
 
Altea Green Power manages all phases of development: from the origination of suitable sites for plant construction, through to obtaining the necessary permits for building the plant itself. This process focuses on the construction of large-scale renewable energy and storage plants.

Our ethics

In order to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 and to encourage virtuous behaviors that can benefit our employees, customers, suppliers, investors and the environment, thus strengthening our reputation.
