The administration and control system of Altea Green Power

Altea Green Power has adopted is a traditional one, suitable for ensuring the efficiency of management and the effectiveness of controls. This system includes the presence of a Board of Directors which is entrusted with the management of the company and a Board of Statutory Auditors which carries out the control activity.

GIOVANNI DI PASCALE - Chairman and CEO
From 2004 to 2009 Giovanni developed, as sole director, an activity in the tourism-hotel sector, and consolidated its growth. In 2009, he founded Altea Green Power, starting the electricity and gas trade business. He then diversified Altea with the construction of photovoltaic and wind farms; recently, Giovanni has refocused the business on co-development.
Manager with many years of experience working in the world of multinationals in Italy and abroad. He has excellent knowledge of the FMCG Industry, with a solid track record of budget optimization. Luca is currently CEO of Swinkels Italia, where he has reorganized the business by shifting the company's focus from volume to value with significant growth in turnover and EBITDA. Previously, he has held positions that increased in importance and responsibility at RoyalUnibrew, Pepsico and Danone Group.
Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1991 and in the Register of Accounting Auditors, she carries out consultancy activities in the field of economics and business management, corporate governance, corporate finance. She has also been a technical consultant to a judge on the Court of Milan since 1997.
Associate Professor in Business Administration, Public Accountant, and Statutory Auditor with extensive experience in consulting and corporate governance for companies in the industrial and financial sectors. Prior experience in M&A transactions (including cross-border), LBOs and delisting. Author in both professional and academic fields, with a particular focus on business valuation. Business Angel.

Board of Statutory Auditors

Fabrizio Morra has been an accountant for almost 30 years. He has two offices: one in Turin, and one in Chieri. In the course of his professional activity, in addition to the normal duties of ordinary administration, he has handled extraordinary operations such as the incorporation of entities, mergers, demergers, transformations, transfers and valuations of companies. In addition, he has gained specific knowledge of international taxation over the years.
Member of the Order of Public Accountants of Milan since 2012 and listed in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2013. Through her legal practice, she boasts considerable experience in the field of tax consulting. She serves as an auditor for manufacturing and service companies within multinational groups. In her consulting role, she supports major Italian groups and Italian subsidiaries of international corporations. Her work includes not only routine tax advice but also assistance during tax audits, pre-litigation management, and taxpayer defense in tax disputes.
Full Professor of Business Administration at the University of Turin, where he teaches OIC Financial Statements and Non-financial Reporting, Corporate Audit and the Integrated System of Internal Control, as well as Audit and Assurance. As a Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he engages in extensive conference and public speaking activities aimed at keeping Public Accountants up-to-date. Recently, he has expanded this outreach to include a non-specialist audience. In the consulting field, he provides opinions, party-appointed technical advice, and appraisals on financial statement matters, corporate performance evaluation, and the responsibilities of directors, auditors, and statutory auditors.
A certified accountant and accounting expert, he has been registered in the professional register since 1988, in the MEF as a statutory auditor and since 2004 in the court of Turin as an expert and consultant to the Judge.
Since 1984, she has been providing accounting, tax and corporate consultancy in the field of tax litigation. She is also a statutory auditor for companies and entities. Rosa has been a professional civil mediator registered in the register since 2010. In addition, she is registered in the list of local authority auditors for the Ministry of the Interior.
